iXyber APC Runner
The execution environment of the algorithms in the Advanced Process Control (APC): multi-parameter controllers (MPC), virtual analyzers (VA).
Provides integration with the PCS and other information systems, as well as the implementation of the engineer's user interface for the ACSTP
For what
As a process operator, I want an automated assistant for managing and optimizing the technological process
As a Production Director, I want to ensure maximum efficiency of technological and production processes and assets while considering constraints
iXyber APC Runner - provides reliable connectivity with data sources, implements APC algorithms, and features a user-friendly interface for engineers and operators to configure and manage the system.
Configuration and Management
The settings screen provides the ability to modify configuration and operational parameters of multi-parameter controllers (MPC) and virtual analyzers (VA), as well as to switch their operating modes
- Enable / disable the controller and variables;
- Configure optimization settings;
- Set parameters for the controller and variables;
- Define lower and upper limits, and assignments for variables;
- Set step limits;
- Assign variable criticality levels.
- Editing the transfer function coefficients
- Changing the transfer function operating mode
(forecast / control)
Monitoring
APC monitoring allows tracking the operation modes of MPC and VA, assessing parameter changes over time, and calculating performance indicators of the SACS
-
Trends and user-defined trend groups;
-
Occurrence history:
-
parameter changes by users;
-
internal occurrences of computational applications;
-
Export of historical data based on templates.
