Digital model based on the 3D CAD model of the CTC

How does it work?

Laser scanning of the object is performed;

The point cloud from laser scanning is used to reconstruct the technological diagrams and their topological relationships: geometric dimensions, spatial positioning, and physical connections with other schematic objects;

Properties and their values are assigned to the digital model objects, including those integrated from other systems (specialized functional systems, real-time databases);
Items 1 and 2 are implemented as part of the project to develop a virtual space within the full-featured CTC;

In the future, it will be possible to automatically build a mathematical model of the technological process of the object based on the digital model — creating a "true" digital twin.
